• You will receive a reservation number and confirmation of booking immediately. A payment request will be sent via email overnight, asking you to make your deposit or balance payment.
• Follow the link in the email to our secure payments (ING Bank). You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of payment.
• A 30% deposit is payable upon receipt of payment. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If your booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, this is payable in full at time of booking.
Once you've paid in full, please download your Voucher and Welcome Document from your Personal Page on website. Welcome Document provides essential information on directions, telephone numbers, arrival times and plenty other useful informations about your stay with us.
